-Establishment of quality and chemical control laboratory for honey and medicinal plants, which is currently performing the following services:
1- Determining the percentage of sucrose, 2- Determining the ratio of fructose to glucose, 3- Determining pH 4- Quantitative and qualitative diastase activity test, 5- Proline test, 6- Determining the amount of (hydroxymethylfurfural) HMF, 7- Determining free acidity, 8 - Moisture test, 9- Total phenol test of extracts, 10- Soxhlet extraction, 11- Extraction under vacuum, 12- Extraction of essential oil, 13- Treatment of samples with ultrasound bath.
